Any damage to equipment, furniture, or the space will result in additional charges.
Please arrive and vacate within your booked time. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
Setup and pack-down must be completed within your booking time.

Video and audio recording services are available at an additional cost.
A studio engineer/technician can be provided upon request at an extra charge.

Music and sound levels must be kept at a reasonable level.
The space must be left in the condition it was found.
No illegal activities or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
