Furniture can be moved around, so it’s easy to adjust the setup depending on your shoot.
You get canal views from the main room, plus a hallway and two bathrooms that crew can use. Parking is about a two-minute walk away.
It’s a good fit for interviews, commercials, or smaller drama shoots, and the owner is used to working with productions and is flexible on what you need.
