Ground Control is the event Space based within Runway East London Bridge.

The versatile room is suitable for a range of events, from networking evenings to panel discussions and product launches.

The Space is able to fit 80 standing Guests, and includes a projector and audio equipment.

Ground Control is situated just minutes from London Bridge station, Borough Market and the Thames. The Space makes an impressive location for your event. It’s available for dry hire or an events manager can assist you in organising catering and any extras you may require.

Note on pricing

30 minutes prior to the event free of charge for set up and 15 mins to clear the space post event (if you need more than that, it will be £50+VAT for half hour)

GROUND CONTROL- £100+VAT for half hour -for hourly bookings or £75+VAT for half hour for half and full day bookings)

If not specified at booking stage, extra time post event will be charged as mentioned above and will depend upon staff availability (in case you had extra staff booked for the event, to the venue hire fee it will be added the staff cost)


* Please note whilst you're welcome to bring your own food catering in both locations, for London bridge we allow to bring your own drinks but request a corkage fee of £2 pp - please also ensure they provide you with the adequate cutlery/dishes

Please note that on the day of the event you will need a member of your team to register attendees at the ground floor reception.

We require full guest list at least 48 hours before the event (no +1 allowed, the reception will need full name and surname of all guests)

Rules of the space

We request our guests to provide attendee list at least 24 hours in advance.
Any catering/refreshment request should be sent via mail at least a week in advance from the event date.
Organisers are responsible for their guests and in case of any damage, costs will be invoiced to the organiser.
