The space can be hired for dance and theatrical rehearsals, photo and film shootings and other events (performances, art activities, meetings etc.).

Stairs to first-floor rooms only, which can be used as a dressing room/production office. These rooms are closed-door and can be used for meetings, as well as storage of personal items.
Additional facilities&features:
- Two individual toilets and two shower rooms are located on the ground floor. One of these toilets is wheelchair accessible.
- Masking: permanently hung Black serge curtains on tab tracks on all three sides of the sprung floor, to create Black Box / German Masking
- Access equipment: 1 x Zarges (12 rung, 3-part ladder).
- Load-in access: 1x Luton Truck or Transit can be accommodated at a time. Access Corridor 3.4m wide. Concertina Door access to studios from access corridor 2.7m high x 3.4m wide.

Smoking is not permitted in the building. Smoking areas are located outside the studio door.
All electrical equipment brought into the studio must have a clearly visible PAT test sticker from within the last 12 months.
