For the Cocktail Bar Tables for 50 guests, the Downstairs Cocktail Bar for 60 guests, the Entire Ground Floor for 100 guests, the Entire Venue for 160 guests the cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

For the Window Tables for 20 guests and the Green Sofa for 30 guests the following cancellation policy apples -

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.


Please note that children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 9pm.

We used Lockes Bar Covent Garden for an event yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue was really easy to find, and the space itself was gorgeous, plenty of room for what we needed and a great atmosphere. The team took such good care of us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, flexible, and helpful - anything we asked for, they sorted straight away, which made the whole evening run smoothly. Overall, everything was fab. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to support our event. Highly recommended!
We didn’t really dislike anything. The only small challenge was that our space was close to the door, so at times it felt a little clustered when people were coming and going, but the staff managed it brilliantly and kept everything moving, so it never became a problem.
