Beautiful interiors, healthy and colourful food and drinks, and a happy vibe make The Skinny Kitchen in Islington a fantastic spot for meetings and events. Guests who detect island vibes are right on the money, as this concept has its roots in Ibiza – an island that’s known for its perfect blend of vibrancy and serenity.

Lush plants hang from the ceilings and burst forth from pots around this vast space, providing a striking contrast to the wooden flooring, pale pink wall tiles and dark green and blue upholstered seating. Soft lighting completes the aesthetic, which has earned plaudits for its design and makes regular appearances on Instagram.

Located just a short walk from Angel tube station, The Skinny Kitchen Islington boasts a range of options for semi-private hire, so whether you need space for a meeting, drinks reception, or corporate/private dining, you can bet on a comfortable space.

The main dining room can be sectioned off for indoor private events, or there’s the option to hire the terrace. The terrace, which is located at the front of the building, can accommodate up to 70 seated or 100 standing guests, whilst the main restaurant can hold 130 guests for seated meals or standing receptions of up to 250 guests.

The chefs love to create fresh, nutritious food that caters to all diets, which is great for mixed groups of diners. Their main focus is on catering to the many diets and lifestyle choices people follow, using the very freshest ingredients; so whether you or your guests are pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, on a low-fat or high-protein diet, you’re guaranteed a choice of delicious dishes accompanied by carefully-designed, low-sugar and natural cocktails, organic beers and vegan wines.
