About this space

The Terrace Room is located on the first floor and consists of its own fully stocked bar, a large open-plan space offering a variety of uses as well as a covered and heated terrace providing casual seating and relaxing garden. The terrace room is an ideal space for any number of events, from business meetings to smaller private parties.

The Terrace Room and Garden can accommodate 80 standing guests or 22 seated guests and comes with a selection of added extras including audio equipment, a 30” LCD screen and complimentary wifi.

Event offers and packages

Saloon Bar and Dance floor exclusive hire will require a minimum spend of £6000 with a hire fee of £800.
Terrace bar exclusive hire will require a minimum spend of £3900 with a hire fee of £200.
To hire both floors exclusively from the time of arrival until 2am will require a minimum spend of £9900 and a hire fee of £1000

Food

£35 per person

Cost per head of food starts at £35.00 for a buffet and from £45.00 for a three course a la cart option, we can also provide canapés or finger food on arrival and snacks for the evening.
These menus are not cast in stone and should you wish to proceed with your booking we would design a menu to suit your budget and taste.
We also own a catering company so we are highly experienced in high quality catering on a large scale.

COVID 19 cancellation policy
Any event booked that cannot proceed due to COVID restrictions or a new lockdown will be either postponed or refunded in full (subject to a 5% processing fee).

Normal cancellation policy

Once the contract has been signed, cancelling the booking will incur a cancellation fee.

In the case of cancellation for any reason within 3 to 6 months of the event date, the customer will be liable for 50% of either minimum spend or total event value (whichever the greater); including food, drink, DJs etc. Hire fees and deposits are not refundable in case of cancellations and will not be considered part payment.
