Built in 1929, this elegant room offers a timeless setting, featuring floor-to-ceiling bookcases, original period details and an abundance of natural daylight, creating a warm and characterful atmosphere.

The Library is a popular choice for film and television productions, photo shoots and interviews, providing an authentic literary backdrop that has featured in a variety of screen projects. Its classic interiors and historic charm make it equally suited to editorial photography, commercial filming and creative productions.

Beyond filming, The Library is an inspiring venue for book launches, symposiums, panel discussions, networking events, drinks and canapé receptions, and intimate private gatherings. Its unique ambience provides guests with a memorable experience in one of London's hidden gems, just a short walk from Holborn Underground Station.

As part of Conway Hall, clients also benefit from an experienced events team, modern venue facilities and the option to hire additional spaces for catering, breakout sessions or production support.

Please note that, as Conway Hall is a Grade II-listed building, there is currently no lift access to The Library, which is located on the first floor. We are happy to discuss your accessibility requirements in advance and advise on the most suitable arrangements for your event.

- For cancellation between 1 day and 30 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Totals more than £750.00:

- For cancellation of more than 181 days prior to the date of the event: No charge
- For cancellation between 91 and 180 days prior to the date of the event: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- For cancellation between 1 and 90 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
