Very simple check-in, high quality room, plenty of light, good facilities

Very nice, professional space that is ideally located close to Sloane Sq and King road. Helpful friendly staff. Clean facilities. I did not order catering however that was an option and I was offered a menu when shown to the room. I did enjoy complementary sparkling water.

I thought the room was slightly cold but I feel bad to point this out on here as I did not mention to staff a member on the day and perhaps they may have been able to help with the room temperature.

Fantastic communication with Charlotte throughout the entire process. She was very clear and polite in explaining the different rooms and options available.
