Bathed in natural light by day, the Gallery transforms as the evening unfolds, revealing the awe-inspiring grandeur of our Grade II listed building. Under the culinary expertise of Executive Chef, Arturo Granto, and Head Chef Gabriele Caucci, our set menus are inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean and South of France, drawing influence from the culinary traditions of Italy, Spain, and Provence.
