A loft-style event venue housed in a Grade II-listed former warehouse, presenting exposed brickwork and industrial detailing from its factory past.

Design: An open-plan loft with high ceilings, tall original windows that flood the space with daylight, timber floors and a mix of contemporary sofas, dining tables and potted plants.

Features: A fitted kitchen and three toilets are provided for caterers and staff. An in-house PA system and speakers are available; Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are included and hosts may play their own music. A small private garden provides an outdoor extension to the main space.

Ideal for: Small creative teams and production crews seeking a bright, flexible space for seated meetings, workshops or relaxed standing receptions.

The space was large and had the option to rent the garden space. It was also fairly quiet during the time we were shooting (8-18)
There were times we would hear the train go by, or loud automobiles. But it was not frequent enough to be a problem
