• Guests must respect the venue, staff and other patrons at all times.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the venue.
• Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance and must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures.
• Any damage caused to the venue, furniture or equipment will be charged to the booking organiser.
• Music volume must remain at a reasonable level in accordance with local regulations.
• The organiser is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending the event.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse service or end an event if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
