About this space
The room can be set up a couple of different ways. You can go with a desk-style podcast layout or switch to a more relaxed sofa setup for interviews. The black draped backdrop can be swapped to other colours if needed (price on application), and the warm accent lighting adds depth without feeling busy. Small touches like illuminated signage and light plant styling give it character but don’t pull focus from the subject.
The space is acoustically treated and ready for production, so you can run multi-camera shoots, capture clean professional audio, and even handle live switching. Lighting is fully adjustable too, whether you want a bright corporate interview look or something darker and more talk show-style. It’s set up to be flexible without making things complicated.

Booking time includes setup, recording and pack-down
Overtime is charged if sessions run beyond the confirmed booking window
Early arrival is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance
Equipment & Set Use
All studio equipment must be handled with care
Lighting, cameras and switching equipment may only be adjusted by studio staff unless agreed beforehand
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, furniture or set pieces during their session
Set Changes
Minor furniture adjustments are permitted
Any significant set changes must be approved in advance
The space must be returned to its original layout before the end of the booking
Food & Drink
Drinks must be kept away from audio equipment and control surfaces
No food permitted on recording desks or near microphones
Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively untidy
Noise & Conduct
The studio is located within a shared building — noise must be kept reasonable outside of recording
Respectful behaviour is required at all times
No overcrowding beyond agreed capacity
External Crew & Guests
External crew and guests must be declared in advance
The booking client is responsible for all attendees during the session
Content & Usage
Clients are responsible for all content produced
Illegal, offensive or harmful material is not permitted
The studio reserves the right to stop sessions that breach these conditions
Liability
The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused during their booking
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
