Rules of the Space - Loughton Grand Marquee
No smoking or vaping inside the marquee at any time.
Any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment will incur additional charges.
All guests and suppliers must follow venue staff instructions at all times.
Alcohol service must comply with licensing laws; only licensed caterers or bar providers may serve alcohol.
External catering, décor companies, and production teams are welcome but must be approved in advance.
Naked flames, fireworks, smoke bombs, and pyrotechnics are not permitted unless pre-approved and appropriately controlled.
Music and amplified sound must finish by the agreed end time of the booking.
No drilling, stapling, or fixing items to the marquee structure or walls.
All suppliers must complete setup and breakdown within the booked hire period.
Waste must be disposed of in designated bins; no rubbish to be left outside the marquee area.
Under-18s must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
The maximum guest capacity of 600 people must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Vehicle access is permitted only in designated loading areas; parking rules must be followed.
The organiser is responsible for ensuring guest behaviour does not cause disturbance to neighbours or surrounding grounds.
Pets are not allowed, except assistance animals.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
