Age Restrictions & ID: STACK Lincoln operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID (driving license or passport) is required for entry for anyone purchasing alcohol. Under-18s are permitted in the venue until 8:00 PM and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes/vapes are strictly prohibited inside the building, including the plaza, mezzanine, and gaming areas. Please use the designated outdoor smoking zones.

Outside Food & Drink: No external food, beverages, or alcohol may be brought into the venue. All food/drink must be purchased from STACK’s internal vendors and bars.

Decorations & Branding: For private hires, helium balloons (weighted) and freestanding banners are permitted. However, nothing may be fixed, taped, or stapled to the walls or venue structure. The use of confetti, glitter, or sparklers is strictly prohibited.

External Vendors: No external entertainment, DJs, or third-party suppliers are permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the STACK management team prior to your event.
