Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving our invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
The Client agrees to use the training/meeting room only for its intended professional purposes.
The Client and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
The Client must ensure that the room is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the hire period.
Clients must park in the designated car parking spots, we will ensure these are pointed out to the Client.
The Client will be held liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities during their hire period.
All Clients must comply with any health and safety regulations in place at the venue.
Illegal substances, and inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Smoking / Vaping is only accepted in the designated smoking area; these will be pointed out to you by us.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
