The room is a compact rectangular meeting space centred on a long, dark-topped table surrounded by cantilever chairs. A low-pile carpet, exposed concrete ceiling and white-painted walls deliver a functional, uncluttered environment.

Room features: A projector and wall-mounted flatscreen TV support presentation-led sessions, and a whiteboard plus flipchart provide writable surfaces for group work. Air conditioning is installed to maintain a comfortable temperature during meetings.
