About this space
Our studio is available to hire for industry professionals from the fitness, holistic, dance, music and performing arts industries.
Our studio has been designed with the emphasis on well-being and professionalism. The studio is 81 square meters, with wooden sprung floors, floor to ceiling mirrors and unique floor to ceiling double doors that can be used as and when desired to let the natural light and air flood in.
The blue tooth surround speakers in the studio enhance the space, with power and clarity of sound.
Studio available to hire by the hour, half day or full day basis.

Studio hire rates:
£26p/hr (8am–4pm)
£30p/hr (4pm–10pm)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees: Full payment secures your booking. 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are charged in full.
Insurance & Responsibility
Open Space Studios is an unmanned venue. Hirers must hold appropriate insurance and complete relevant risk assessments for their activities.
By submitting this form, you confirm these are in place.
Access & Safety
Your booked start time will be the time you may enter the studio.
Your booked end time will be the time by which the studio must be fully vacated and ready for the next hirer.
If you require additional setup, pack-down or changeover time, this will need to be included within your booking and paid for accordingly.
The driveway gate must be locked on both entry and exit. If using external teachers or facilitators, you are responsible for ensuring they follow this requirement.

- No outdoor studios on the wooden sprung dance floor
- 2 parking spaces available for the sole use of teachers and studio staff only
