The Client is responsible for all damage caused by guests, children, or vendors.
Additional cleaning, repair, or overtime charges will be billed to the Client.
The Venue is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or damage to vehicles.
The Venue’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
All food and drink must be provided by the Venue unless written permission is granted.
Alcohol must be served by the Venue’s licensed staff.
The Venue reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Music must end by 23:00 (local ordinance).
No fireworks, pyrotechnics, or smoke machines unless approved in writing.
No hazardous decorations.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
