About this space
Characterful two‑floor venue, available for full private hire for daytime corporate bookings, filming, workshops and weekend celebrations. It has a stylish main bar downstairs and a lounge upstairs.

Package per person
They can also work to a set food budget (e.g. £200, £300, £500), providing an appropriate selection of canapés, small plates or sharing dishes, with guests free to order additional items on the day.
Please note:
Food packages are supplied separately by Powell’s Kitchen and are not included in the minimum spend.
The minimum spend applies to drinks only.
Prices
Minimum spend applies to all evening bookings and is taken across the bar on the night (drinks only)
If the minimum spend is not met, the balance is charged after the event.
A £250 deposit is required to secure the date. This is deducted from your final balance.
All bookings include:
• Full private use of the venue
• Bar staff and service
• Background music or your own playlist
• Use of our PA for speeches or playlists
• Furniture layout to suit your event
• Access 30 minutes before your booking for setup
Food is available from our kitchen partner (optional). External catering is not permitted.
Packages start from £15 per person. Food spend does not count towards the minimum spend.

Guests under 18 are not allowed
Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue
• Damage to the venue or equipment will be charged
• No confetti, glitter or smoke machines
• No external alcohol may be brought onto the premises
• Under‑18s welcome at private events but must be supervised at all times
• No alcohol may be purchased for or consumed by under‑18s
• Food may be provided by Powell’s Kitchen or brought in with prior agreement (disposable plates/cutlery only; no kitchen access)
• Music volume must remain within our licensing limits
• Setup access is available 30 minutes before your booking
• All decorations must be removed at the end of the event
• Private hire ends at the agreed time, but you’re welcome to stay on if we’re open to the public afterwards
