Hire fee covers exclusive use of the entire venue for the time selected.
Minimum spend applies to all evening bookings and is taken across the bar on the night (drinks only)
If the minimum spend is not met, the balance is charged after the event.
A £250 deposit is required to secure the date. This is deducted from your final balance.
All bookings include:
• Full private use of the venue
• Bar staff and service
• Background music or your own playlist
• Use of our PA for speeches or playlists
• Furniture layout to suit your event
• Access 30 minutes before your booking for setup
Food is available from our kitchen partner (optional). External catering is not permitted.
Packages start from £15 per person. Food spend does not count towards the minimum spend.
Prices shown are guide rates and may vary for peak dates or special requirements.
Powell’s Kitchen, our on‑site catering partner, offers flexible food packages starting from £15 per person.
They can also work to a set food budget (e.g. £200, £300, £500), providing an appropriate selection of canapés, small plates or sharing dishes, with guests free to order additional items on the day.
Please note:
Food packages are supplied separately by Powell’s Kitchen and are not included in the minimum spend.

• All decorations must be removed at the end of the event
• Private hire ends at the agreed time, but you’re welcome to stay on if we’re open to the public afterwards

We hosted our FreshOnline After Hours networking event at Barnaby’s Lounge and it was a brilliant venue for the evening. The space felt relaxed, welcoming and professional, with a lovely atmosphere that worked really well for a business networking event. The team were friendly and helpful, and everything felt easy from start to finish. It was a great setting for people to connect, chat and enjoy the event.
Nothing major from our experience. The venue worked really well for the style of event we hosted, and we would happily consider using Barnaby’s Lounge again for future networking events.
