About this space

The Studio by Aquarius is a versatile 1,500 sq ft creative space designed to bring your vision to life. Perfect for photoshoots, campaigns, and intimate events, the studio is flooded with natural daylight through stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere the day.

The space features an ecom infinity wall, two architectural arches, and a seating alcove, offering a variety of backdrops and styling opportunities. A curated selection of furniture is included and can be freely moved to suit your setup, giving you complete creative flexibility.

For added comfort and convenience, the studio is equipped with a coffee machine, mini fridge, and male and female toilets, making it ideal for longer bookings and full-day productions.

Host rules

• The studio must be treated with care and respect at all times.
• Please do not place equipment or dirty shoes on our infinity curve walls.
• Any furniture, props, equipment or decor moved during your hire must be returned to its original position before leaving.
• All rubbish must be removed from the studio at the end of your booking, including any food, drink or items placed in the fridge.
• Confetti and glitter are strictly not allowed due to additional cleaning required.
• Any windows opened during your hire must be closed before departure.
• All personal belongings, equipment, stock, props and materials brought into the studio must be removed at the end of your booking.
• No items may be left overnight unless agreed in writing in advance.
• The studio must be returned in the same condition it was provided

Damage
• If the studio is not returned in a satisfactory condition, a cleaning charge of £50 + VAT will be applied.
• Any damage to furniture, equipment, fixtures, fittings or the property during your hire may be charged to the hirer at the cost of repair or replacement.

Booking Times
• Access to the studio is only permitted during your booked hire period.
• A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed for departure.
• If your booking exceeds the agreed end time by more than 15 minutes, a late departure fee of £50 + VAT will be charged.

Payment
• Full payment must be received before the hire date.
• Building access information and entry details will only be provided once payment has been received in full.

Liability
• The Studio by Aquarius Creative accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, equipment or stock brought onto the premises during the hire period.
