15 minutes from Braintree, in a secluded space on the farm, The Barn at Barnfields is an 150 year old converted barn with exposed beams and brickwork, and beautiful views.
Internal spaces:
- an open plan area with space for seating up to 45 people. With huge windows letting in natural light, this area has lots of exposed beams, and a lovely brick floor. Overlooking the lake on one side and the courtyard on the other, this area is also overlooked by the two mezzanine areas.
- the two mezzanine areas, reached via wooden staircases offer relaxing spaces with comfortable armchairs and sofas
- a single floor extension which overlooks the courtyard and offers a flexible space seating up to 40 people
- a food preparation area
- two toilets
External areas:
- paved courtyard, surrounded by railings, with fields and woodland beyond this.
