Zero Latency VR is a private VR arena in Meetspace VR Guildford, defined by a large indoor play area designed for networked, multiplayer virtual‑reality sessions where players move through dedicated play zones.
Design: The space occupies an open, high‑ceiling industrial bay finished in clean white walls and bold black and blue graphics. The floor has clear geometric markings that define play areas and provide unobstructed sightlines for hosts and players.
Features: The arena includes a PA system and speakers, on‑site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The space has a step‑free guest entrance and is wheelchair accessible, hosts provide player briefings and session management, and organisers can control in‑room music.
Ideal for: Groups of friends or corporate teams seeking an energetic, social and physically active multiplayer gaming experience that is mainly standing and interactive.

• Rotations: up to 8 players allow 1.5 hours; up to 16 players allow 2 hours; up to 24 players allow 2.5 hours
• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Players must be over 10 or 12 years old to play, depending on the game.
• Anyone aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is not required to play but needs to be present.
• We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and footwear as the experience is physical and in the summer months can make you warm.
• Glasses can be worn with all of our VR headsets, however, larger frames may be uncomfortable to wear so we do recommend using contact lenses where possible.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to get signed.
• If your group is arriving separately we ask that the booker passes on the booking confirmation which includes directions and arrival times.
• We don't have cash machines and don't accept cash for any purchases in-store.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
