About this space

Captains Lounge is a Function Room in Kingsholm Stadium defined by direct, uninterrupted views across the playing surface through floor-to-ceiling glazing.

Design: The Captains Lounge is a long, rectangular room finished in practical, neutral materials: dark low‑pile carpet, a suspended tile ceiling with inset lighting and plain white walls. The furnishing mixes round clothed dining tables and black banquet chairs arranged in flexible clusters suitable for dining or meetings.

Features: The space includes a built-in PA system with ceiling speakers and wall-mounted screens for presentations. The room has air conditioning, venue Wi‑Fi and flexible hire furniture including round tables, chairs and table linen. Access is step-free and wheelchair friendly, with accessible toilets and permission to bring a DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions.

Ideal for: Corporate teams and community groups seeking a flexible, practical space for seated dinners or standing receptions in a relaxed, social setting.
