Booking & Timing: Access to the venue is limited to the agreed booking time. Setup and breakdown must be completed within this period unless arranged in advance.
Capacity: The maximum guest capacity must be strictly adhered to at all times for safety and comfort.
Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless prior approval has been given. All catering is to be provided by Kartoos.
Decorations: Decorations are welcome but must not cause damage to walls, furniture, or fixtures. Open flames (e.g., candles) may be restricted—please confirm in advance.
Music & Noise: Music is allowed within agreed levels. The venue reserves the right to control volume to comply with local noise regulations.
Damages: The host is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment during the event.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the space in a reasonable condition.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Designated smoking areas (if available) must be used.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol service is managed by the venue in accordance with licensing laws. Responsible drinking is expected.
Security & Conduct: The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
