The property can host around 11–14 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. Inside, there are several shared spaces where groups can meet, work, or relax. This includes comfortable lounges, a dining area that works well for meetings or group meals, and a few entertainment spaces like a cinema room and games room.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available across the property, so it’s easy to run presentations, hold strategy sessions, or work remotely if needed.
Outside, there are garden areas with a wood-fired hot tub, outdoor seating, and a BBQ area where guests can spend time together after the day’s sessions.

Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets are welcome at an additional charge per pet and by prior arrangement only (maximum three pets). Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. South Creake is a quiet village, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise in the evenings to avoid disturbing neighbors.
