Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, particularly during evening hours, in consideration of nearby residents or businesses. Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the hirer. All activities must comply with local laws and safety regulations. Alcohol consumption and third-party vendors require prior written approval. The venue must be vacated by the agreed end time, and any overtime may incur additional charges.
