The room is arranged with tables and chairs and includes a whiteboard and a large screen for presentations. It is particularly well suited to medical and clinical training, but can also be used for meetings, workshops, interviews, tutoring and other professional activities.
Hirers have access to on-site parking, kitchen facilities and ground-floor toilets.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• The room must be left clean and tidy, with furniture returned to its original position.
• Any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear may result in an additional charge.
• The maximum room capacity is 13 people.
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level, as offices may be in use upstairs.
• Bookings must finish at the agreed time and include any time needed for setting up and clearing away.
• Live clinical procedures, sharps, medicines or clinical waste may only be used with prior agreement. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all activities are appropriately supervised, insured and carried out safely.
• No candles, naked flames or smoke-producing equipment are permitted.
