Equipment Use:
- Use all studio equipment, but do not remove, modify, or misuse it.
- Only trained or authorized personnel may handle equipment.
- Return equipment to its original position.
- Clients are responsible for setup, equipment use, and resulting images.
Model Safety:
- Clients are responsible for the safety and health of models and attendees.
- Ensure public liability insurance is in place during studio use.
Breakages, Loss, or Damages:
- Clients are liable for all losses, damages, and breakages.
- Equipment use is at the client's risk.
- No permanent alterations without permission.
Set Up and Take Down Time:
- Include setup and takedown time within booked hours to avoid extra charges.
- Booking period is strictly within the hours booked.
- No extra time for late arrival.
- Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your studio hire time.
Public Liability:
- Ensure public liability insurance is active during studio use.
Termination:
- Silkwood Studio may terminate the contract for any breach of terms.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
