About this space

The Orangery is a Conservatory in The Old Hall Ely, defined by exposed timber rafters and a long, linear plan that emphasises its length and clear sightlines.

Design: The interior pairs pale stone flooring and neutral-painted walls with discreet pendant lighting, creating a simple, functional backdrop that adapts to varied décor.

Features: The room includes integrated PA speakers and Wi‑Fi and permits outside DJs and personal music. The space provides significant natural light and in-room dimmable pendant lighting. The layout supports long trestle-style arrangements or theatre rows and offers step-free access, wheelchair circulation and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups wanting a composed, seated format such as long-table dining or arranged rows, in a slightly formal but relaxed setting.
