There is nothing quite like having the whole place to yourself - make yourself at home! Exclusive use parties at No. 124 Brighton, can you give all the space you need... You're calling the shots - it's all up to you, with no off-the-shelf packages in sight - that's a relief. Take all 32 rooms for a set price (and if you want to pass on the costs to guests, that's cool too), and then depending on the time of year & day of week, we have varying minimum spends. If you want to keep your belt a little tighter, go for a Winter party in the week - if you're happy to splurge a little, take a look at our sunny Summer prices.

Exclusive use comes in two forms at No.124. The ground floor of 124 is pretty special as is, with the lounge, games rooms, Bar, Courtyard, and Terrace, you can comfortably entertain 100 guests for a standing occasion. Think bowl food and canapes, or an impressive table spread. Truly boho-Brighton style! If you'd prefer a sit-down meal, then exclusive-use also encompasses Pearly Cow, where you can enjoy sublime cuisine downstairs and head back to the ground floor to party. The ultimate experience!
