No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building. No alcohol (unless agreed in advance in writing) or illegal substances. The space must only be used for the agreed activity and within the booked times. Hirers must leave the studio clean, tidy and secure and remove all rubbish. The office area is not included in the hire. Bluetooth speakers must be fully disconnected at the end of the booking. Any damage, faults or incidents must be reported immediately. Evidence of suitable insurance is required before a booking is confirmed. Access details are provided after booking confirmation and must not be shared. Children must be supervised by the hirer at all times.
