About this space

Basedot Studio is a 220 m² photo and video studio in Belfast, suitable for commercial photography, advertising, fashion shoots, interviews, branded content, music videos, and film productions.

The main studio features an 8 m white cyclorama, exposed brickwork, original windows with natural daylight, and blackout curtains for controlled lighting. Additional shooting areas include a styled kitchen and dining area, lounge, prep and production areas, plus furniture, plants, and props.

Large double doors and elevator access are available for equipment loading, with a small car park and free on-street parking nearby. Grip equipment is available, with Broncolor and Bowens lighting packages offered separately.

• Please treat the studio, equipment and furnishings with care and leave the space as you found it.
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• Food and drinks are welcome, but please keep them away from the cyclorama and studio equipment.
• Please avoid walking on the cyclorama with dirty or outdoor footwear. Clean shoes or shoe covers are recommended.
• Furniture and props may be moved during your booking, but please return everything to its original position before leaving.
• Studio equipment should only be used with prior agreement.
• Please let us know in advance if your shoot involves smoke machines, liquids, paint, glitter, confetti, open flames or anything that may require additional cleaning or create a risk of damage.
• Keep noise at a reasonable level and be respectful of neighbouring businesses.
• Setup, breakdown and equipment loading must take place within your booked time.
• Please report any damage or breakages before leaving.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The person making the booking is responsible for their crew, clients and guests while using the studio.
• Most importantly, enjoy the space. We just ask that you leave it ready for the next production.
