About this space

This is a stately, yet welcoming Hall. One of the older parts of the castle, it is small enough to be a breakout room, yet big enough for parties as it adjoins our Georgian tea room and bar. The two can be hired together, or separately.
The Great Hall is two floors high, an early example of open plan, so feels delightfully airy. The Tea Room and Bar used to be a living room, and have retained a very comfortable, homely feel.
The two spaces together have been used for parties, socials, gala events and Christmas celebrations. The Tea Rooms by themselves have been used for Christmas and Birthday parties and other social gatherings.
Great Hall is 11.5 x 4.2 metres. Bar/tea room is 11 x 3.8 metres. Both are situated on the Ground Floor with toilets and an easy access toilet nearby.

We have two tiers of Day Delegate Package:

The Silver Package (at £45 per delegate) offers use of the room together with; access to tea & coffee making facilities, fee wi-fi access, the use of AV equipment for your presentation, a buffet lunch together with tea & coffee.

The Gold Package (at £55 per delegate) offers all the above plus; a gourmet buffet lunch rather than our standard as well as free notebook & pens.
