About Stillgarden Distillery

Stillgarden Distillery is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.

Stillgarden Distillery is an independent Irish distillery producing modern spirits that combines a working production and tasting programme with an on-site botanicals garden.

Venue highlights: The distillery operates a live production area and demonstration facilities that can be programmed into hands-on tastings and gin-blending sessions. An on-site botanicals garden supplies fresh ingredients and an outdoor setting for tastings and informal gatherings. In-house catering includes extensive vegan and gluten-free menus, and the venue runs mixology masterclasses and ticketed tasting programmes.

Best for: Cocktail masterclasses and guided tastings, gin‑making workshops and team‑building sessions, and product launches or branded tasting events.

Location: Inchicore, in Dublin 8, sits among repurposed industrial sites and a growing cluster of craft food-and-drink producers. The neighbourhood offers nearby green spaces and other independent venues that work well for post-event plans.

What guests say: The Laboratory delivers live demonstrations and a Q&A format that suits educational tastings. The botanical garden provides tangible displays of botanicals used in the spirits and an outdoor area for drinks. The cocktail masterclasses are practical and led by experienced instructors, and they conclude with a complimentary drink including non‑alcoholic options.
