About Number Twelve

Welcome to Number Twelve, a historic gem exuding Victorian elegance and maritime allure. Originally built in 1861 as part of a row of 12 houses, Prince of Wales Terrace stands as a testament to architectural grandeur.

Designed by the esteemed partnership of Lanyon, Lynn, and Lanyon (who also built Blarney House and Castle Leslie), this masterpiece of classical design features original cornices, and has been lovingly restored into a bright, creative space.

Nestled in the heart of Bray, moments from the harbour and seafront, Number Twelve offers a unique venue for your creative pursuits. Moments away from Bray DART station with nearby parking in the Carlisle Grounds, accessibility is unmatched, providing the perfect blank canvas as a film location, video/photo shoot, meeting, workshop or event.

With versatile spaces including a spacious and light-filled boardroom with seating for 8 - 20 people; a large Balcony with seating and stunning views to Bray Head and Dalkey Island; a large Photo/Film Studio; Test kitchen; a New York red-brick style Patio ; as well as a Turnkey Office - Number Twelve is primed to accommodate various creative endeavors.

Whether it's a film shoot, photo shoot, corporate meeting, or event, our Victorian charm and contemporary comforts provide the perfect backdrop for inspiration and connection.
