About 12 Merrion Square

12 Merrion Square is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.

12 Merrion Square is a magnificent Georgian townhouse that has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard. The building still retains its original decorative features that are found in the great entrance hall and on the high ceilings of the rooms.

At 12 Merrion Square we offer professional serviced office accommodation and virtual office facilities. Together with these services, there is a splendidly presented boardroom that is available to everyone. Our clients are presented with all the conveniences of modern offices in a wonderful classical world environment.

The building is at the centre of Dublin's business district. There is easy access to all major road networks and the public transport system. Districts like Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green are only 4 minutes walk away. Within 5 minutes walk, you would be welcome to nearly all of the best hotels and restaurants in Dublin.
