The studio is an open rectangular room with a mid-height ceiling, wooden flooring overlaid with area rugs and an exposed-brick end wall. The space receives natural daylight and provides unobstructed floor area for camera and gear placement.

Room features: A permanent PA and speaker system supplies on-site playback and front-of-house monitoring; the room is soundproofed to contain loud levels during multi-instrument sessions. Wheelchair access is provided for performers and crew.

Best for: Band rehearsals, live or recorded performance sessions and small-scale music video or promo shoots.

What sets it apart: A fixed overhead lighting bar fitted with stage fixtures supplies built-in front and top illumination for filmed performances.
