A compact, sound‑treated studio with a mid‑height ceiling, vertical acoustic slatted walls and a pale wood floor. The small set is configured with two armchairs and a rug, and lighting is arranged for consistent artificial illumination for camera work.

Room features: The studio supports recorded audio and video production using an on-site camera on tripod, a monitor for playback, professional studio lighting and a PA/speaker system; backdrops and a greenscreen are available.

• Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.

Music can be loud but please keep it low enough that it can not be heard down the hall when the door is closed.

Restrooms are communal areas and must be treated as such.
