Accommodation Options:
1. The Farm House:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests across 6 beautifully appointed rooms.
- Features 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a bright conservatory.
2. The Stable Cottage:
- Ideal for groups of up to 12 guests.
- Includes 3 inviting bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a charming courtyard patio.
3. Extra Glamping Tents:
- Available for groups of 30 or more upon request (terms and conditions apply; a minimum of 20 tents is required). Please contact us directly for a quote.
The Event Spaces & Barns:
- Sir Hurt Barn:
- Available only with the Main House rental or if both properties are booked.
- Seats 30-50 guests with 3-5 six-foot round tables, depending on the number.
- Includes a sound system, unmanned bar, heaters, a drinks fridge, and a cozy lounge cinema area for your event.
- Dunamase Barn:
- A communal barn suitable for more intimate gatherings, seating up to 20 guests with long tables.
- Features a table tennis area, BBQ area, and a fire pit that accommodates up to 10 people.
- The wellness barn:
A communal barn suitable for relaxation in the four person spa hot tub, chill on our loungers or use our yoga mats to stretch out.
- Wing Conservatory:
- A light-filled communal space seating 10/12 guests, perfect for quiet moments before or after your ceremony.
Event Spaces Add-Ons:
- Outdoor Tenting for Entertainment:
- If you require additional space for entertainment or dining, we offer outdoor tenting/marquee options tailored to your event.
- For groups larger than 50 guests, we can add a marquee/tent adjoining the barn at an additional cost to comfortably accommodate your party.

Choose the option that best suits your group:
1. Entire Property:
- Enjoy exclusive access to the Main House, three barns, conservatory and Stable Cottage, ensuring privacy and comfort for your entire group.
2. Farm House Only:
- Book just the Main House with access to communal areas like the wellness barn, conservatory and Dunamase Barn. Sir Hurt Barn access can be added at an additional cost and is subject to availability.
3. Stable Cottage Only:
- Reserve the Stable Cottage for a cozy stay, with communal access to the wellness barn, conservatory and Dunamase Barn (additional cost and subject to availability).
*Please note: To book the entire property, you will need to make two separate bookings for the house and the cottage.*
