At Montague Studios, we aim to make every event run smoothly while keeping things flexible for our clients.
Pricing:
24/7 access, 06:00-18:00 off peak, 18:00-06:00 on peak. (Weekends on peak may affect pricing)
Clean up fee applied to events with food and drink, enquire for more information.
Packages with PA system, mic phones, projector etc.. are available. Enquire for more details.
Full day rates available upon request.
Booking Time Policy:
All setup and pack-down must happen within your booked time.
For insurance reasons, work can’t continue outside the scheduled slot, and overruns may incur extra charges.
Catering:
Outside catering is allowed.
Corkage & Sponsorship Fee
• Corkage Fees: For BYOB events, we charge a corkage fee that usually includes clean-up, glassware, and waste disposal. This helps us keep the space safe, tidy, and ready for your guests.
• Clean-Up Fees: If corkage doesn’t apply to your event, a standard clean-up fee will be charged instead.
• Sponsorship Fees: For sponsored events, a venue sponsorship fee may apply. This ensures the brand’s presence is supported within the space and event needs are fully covered.
All fees vary depending on the size and type of event. We’re always happy to discuss pricing to find the best arrangement for your occasion.
Equipment/Furniture Rental:
We have some equipment on site but if more is needed for your event we work with local suppliers to Ensure you have the right gear for your event.
Also customers can supply there own equipment, contact for delivery address.
