A renowned Dublin landmark and Temple Bar's finest traditional Irish Bar & Restaurant. Celebrated for its hearty food, great pints, live music, and over 200 years of history dating back to 1821. This Georgian structure was designed and built by Frederick Darley, the distinguished architect who also co-designed Trinity College, beside the iconic Ha'penny Bridge, overlooking the River Liffey.
Our 2,000 sq ft restaurant venue is available for private hire, accommodating up to 150 seated guests or 190 for a cocktail-style celebration. It includes its own fully serviced bar, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathrooms.
Our food is cooked fresh to plate using only the finest locally sourced produce.
Our experienced events team works closely with every client to create a bespoke celebration that feels personal and uniquely yours.
For groups of up to 40 guests, our semi-private Mezzanine offers its own dedicated space overlooking the main bar, ideal for Christmas lunches, team celebrations, and festive get-togethers.
