We had an intimate event in the Green Room, the staff provided us the equipment needed. We had a set menu for each guest which included one starter, two mains and dessert. The food was absolutely amazing and portions were good. They arranged and offered (with cost) a prosecco welcoming which was impressive for both us and the guests. The waitresses were very friendly and patient as well as the event organisers, they communicated efficiently with us at each stage. The location was accessible for majority of the guests. Overall we absolutely enjoyed and had fun, everything was 10 out of 10.
As the event was at the weekend, they had a misscommunication between the day and night teams. We prepayed pretty much everything except the open bar. At the end of the event they were charging the amount we already prepayed with the other team which left us thinking that they didn't escalate all the information at the end of their shifts. Also we wanted to buy whiskey bottles from the bar and they didn't want to sell and would not let us bring our own whiskey even with a fee. The option of not buying any other beverages (bottle) except wine is making the experience less better.
