• Bulk Trash must be removed from the building. Bulk trash is anything that cannot fit within the trash can or trash bins in the hallway.
• Please return the studio back to the condition it was in.
• Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.

Music can be loud but please keep it low enough that it can not be heard down the hall when the door is closed.

Restrooms are communal areas and must be treated as such.
