Host rules
- Weekend access only — the location is available Saturday and Sunday. No weekday bookings will be considered.
- Leave it as you find it — the space must be returned to its exact original condition before vacating. Any furniture, fixtures, or props moved during the shoot must be restored to their original positions.
- No alterations — nothing is to be painted, drilled, nailed, or permanently modified in any way. Temporary rigging and lighting setups are permitted provided they leave no damage.
- Cleaning is your responsibility — the production is expected to leave the premises clean and tidy. Any mess created during the shoot must be fully cleared before departure.
- Damage deposit required — a refundable deposit is payable in advance and will be held against any damage or excessive cleaning requirements.
- Approved access hours only — crew may only access the premises during the agreed hours. No early arrivals or late departures without prior written agreement.
- Owner approval on final walk-through — a representative of the Salt Cellar reserves the right to inspect the premises before the production team vacates.
