Host rules

1 Meeting rooms should be booked 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
2 Meeting rooms must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance; all bookings that are not cancelled within this period will be charged a cancellation fee.
3 Clients accept financial responsibility for all damage caused to the building or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
4 We do not permit posters, signs, and other related items to be hung on walls, windows or doors.
5 It shall be the responsibility of the user to leave the room clean and orderly. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or additional cleaning as required. The user of the room shall remove waste materials, and all leftover food prior to leaving the room. This must be disposed of in the shared bins in common areas.
6 Maximum seating capacity of the room is indicated on the booking and should not exceed the stated number.
7 If audio or visual equipment is used, the user shall have knowledge of how to operate the equipment. It is not the responsibility of XDanu staff to operate the equipment. Any audio-visual presentations require proof that a public showing is not in conflict with current copyright laws. All Audio-Visual equipment must be powered off prior to user vacating the room. Failure to do this may result in additional charges.
8 The meeting room may have a whiteboard, a TV, other equipment. If there is any damage to the equipment or room, the user will be liable for repair or replacement.
9 The meeting room shall not be used for:
a. Any purpose that interferes with normal operation of XDanu
b. Used by groups that are excessively noisy and thereby interfering with any companies based in the building. If complaints are received about a group being noisy, the group may be asked to leave.
All users of the meeting room are required to vacate the room on or before the time allocated.
