Rules of the space

Host rules

• This is a private home used as a photo/video location, so please treat the space with care.

• Permitted areas are the ground floor shoot spaces, garden/terrace, and the agreed bathroom only. No access to private/Airbnb guest areas, bedrooms, or any other floors/rooms unless agreed in advance.

• No smoking or vaping indoors. No candles, open flames, smoke machines, confetti, glitter, paint, powders, or anything messy without prior approval.

• The kitchen and bathroom have real marble. Please do not place lemon, vinegar, wine, alcohol, coffee, coloured liquids, oils, make-up, dyes, or acidic products directly on marble. Use trays, mats, coasters, cloths, or protective covers whenever items are not actively part of the shot.

• Cooking is only allowed with prior approval. Light food styling, plating, and cold prep are usually fine. Hot cooking, frying, strong smells, high heat, or using the oven/hob must be approved in advance and may require the host to be present.

• Please ask before using, moving, or handling house items including books, artwork, plants, ornaments, statues, kitchenware, textiles, and personal objects. If you need to move furniture or set up equipment, please ask for help first. All items must be returned to their original position.

• No nails, screws, glue, or strong tape on walls, floors, furniture, mirrors, marble, or painted surfaces. Low-tack tape only with permission.

• Only the agreed crew/talent may attend. Please confirm crew size, equipment, and shoot plan before arrival.

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. No parties or public events.

• Any damage, stains, missing items, or extra time used must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
