The venue has pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, charcoal, coloured pastels and drawing paper. Specialised materials for working directly on fabric are not provided, so organisers should bring fabric markers and decoration materials, with enough for each attendee.

The venue has a white board with hooks for hanging paper in the room and an HD TV that can connect to a laptop.
