About this space

This architect-designed home offers a contemporary setting with natural materials, considered interiors, and plenty of daylight. It's well suited to lifestyle, interiors, wellness, beauty, food, fashion, product, editorial, and social media shoots.

One of the main features is the open-plan kitchen and living area, which includes a vaulted ceiling, large skylights, feature glazing, and sliding doors leading to a landscaped courtyard garden. The changing daylight creates different looks across the day, giving plenty of options for photography and filming.

The interiors combine stone flooring, architectural details, artwork, greenery, mirrors, textured finishes, and soft furnishings. This creates a variety of backdrops within one location, making it suitable for different creative concepts.

Available spaces include the open-plan kitchen and living area, dining and lounge spaces, contemporary bathroom interiors, and a private landscaped garden. Large glazed doors also create strong indoor-outdoor shooting opportunities.
