The brand new North Market building features the new state-of-the-art Market floor main event venue as well as auxiliary spaces on the second floor such as a small venue space, incubator kitchen and seniors' resource centre.

The Market floor is a distinct new space featuring 14 foot ceilings and modern glass enclosures that can be opened up to create an open-air experience into Market Lane Park.

With endless natural light and nods to heritage discoveries from previous Market buildings on this historic site the new North Market building is the shining gem of the District.
